    Digital Services Act (DSA) – Transparency and Notices

    This page provides information about how the requirements of the Digital Services Act are implemented on the INKLY platform.

    1. Points of contact

    For users (Art. 12 DSA): general questions, support and reports info@inkly.ch

    For authorities (Art. 11 DSA): requests from Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services legal@inkly.ch

    Communication is possible in German and English.

    2. Reporting illegal content

    If you discover content that violates laws or platform rules, you can report it:

    • via the reporting function on the platform
    • by e-mail to info@inkly.ch

    After receiving a report, INKLY reviews the content and decides on:

    • removal
    • restriction
    • account suspension

    3. Content moderation

    INKLY uses the following moderation methods:

    • user reports
    • manual review by the INKLY team
    • automated filters for spam and abuse

    4. Measures in the event of violations

    In the event of violations, the following measures may be taken:

    • removal of content
    • a warning
    • a temporary suspension
    • permanent account closure

    5. Transparency

    Where necessary, INKLY publishes transparency reports on the number of reported items, removed content and account suspensions.
