User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

    User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

    This policy sets out the rules for all content created, uploaded or shared by users on the INKLY platform.

    1. What is user-generated content?

    UGC includes, among other things:

    • profile and portfolio images
    • AI-generated designs
    • reviews and comments
    • chat messages

    2. Your responsibility

    You are fully responsible for the content you upload. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights and that your content does not violate applicable law or the rights of third parties.

    3. Prohibited content

    The following content is strictly prohibited on INKLY:

    • Hate speech and discrimination: content that incites violence, hatred or discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or origin.
    • Illegal activities: content that promotes or depicts illegal acts.
    • Intellectual property: content that infringes the copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of third parties. Do not upload images you do not hold the rights to.
    • Nudity and sexual content: pornographic or sexually explicit depictions are not permitted. Artistic depictions of nudity may be permissible in individual cases if they are not primarily sexual in nature.
    • Depictions of violence: explicit or gratuitous depictions of violence outside an artistic context are prohibited.
    • Spam and misleading content: commercial advertising, phishing attempts or the spreading of false information.

    4. Moderation and consequences

    INKLY reserves the right to review content and to remove it where it violates these guidelines. Repeated or serious violations may lead to the temporary suspension or permanent deletion of your account.

    5. Reporting violations

    If you discover content that violates these guidelines, please report it to us immediately via the reporting function on the platform or by e-mail to legal@inkly.ch.
