What is in it for you
Lifetime commission
You earn on every paid invoice from your studio — in year one as in year five. No expiry after twelve months.
A network that compounds
If a studio in your network refers another one, you get an extra 5 percentage points on that studio. If a referred studio opens further locations, you earn on those too. Your network keeps working for you.

Demo access, presentation material and a personal referral link. You do not have to explain what the software does — you show it.
Auditable
Every commission line names studio, base amount, rate and date. Pending, confirmed and paid balances are shown separately.

Onboarding, data migration, training and support are on INKLY. Your job ends at the introduction — the commission keeps running.
No quotas
No minimum revenue, no termination for inactivity. A referred studio keeps paying you even if you do nothing for a year.

How commission arises
- +The studio came through you unambiguously — via your link, your lead, or a confirmed attribution.
- +It applies only to invoices actually paid. The base is what the studio really paid.
- +It runs for as long as the studio pays — with no time limit.
- +Your rate at signing is the rate for the entire lifetime of that studio.
When none arises
- —On free months. If the studio pays nothing, no commission arises — but the two starter months do not reduce your commission, they only postpone it.
- —On open or failed invoices. Your share arises once the money has arrived.
- —On individually negotiated pricing, unless agreed otherwise. We put such cases in front of you rather than quietly declining them.
- —After the studio cancels. Commission already earned stays yours.

Fair for everyone
A studio cannot refer itself, a partner cannot register their own studio, and two locations under the same owner count as expansion rather than a referral — that is what the volume discount is for. Every studio is attributed to exactly one partner; double commission is impossible.
One licence per location
A chain with eight locations is eight INKLY licences. The volume discount applies per location — and your commission is calculated on the amount actually paid.
