    Frequently asked questions

    What does “studio AI” mean?

    The studio AI allowance applies to the whole studio and all AI tools (tattoo design, stencil, placement preview, PMU preview and more). It is on top of the artists’ personal AI allowances. Everyone who works in the studio draws from it; you can see who uses how much in the dashboard.

    How is VAT handled?

    All studio prices are final prices in CHF. We are currently not VAT-registered and do not charge or show VAT. Once we become VAT-registered, the price stays a final price: VAT is then included in it and the price does not increase.

    What does “2 months free” mean?

    When you pay yearly you pay for ten months and use twelve.

    What does “Coming soon” mean?

    Features marked “Coming soon” are planned but not usable yet. They are not part of what we promise today.

    Why are PRO MAX and PRO MAX+ only available after a consultation?

    We set these plans up with you personally — team, locations and workflows. Request a consultation and we will get back to you.

    What happens if my team is bigger than my plan?

    Existing artists are never removed automatically and existing appointments are never deleted. You simply cannot add new seats until your plan fits again.

    Can I try it first?

    Yes. After registration you can test for 30 days.
